Trainee, Cert 3, Diploma Educator

Ruse Early Learning Centre is a family owned and operated long day care centre in Ruse. We are looking for staff to join our friendly and supportive team that offers ongoing career and professional development along with above award wages.

We are looking for the following
- 1. Two full-time highly motivated and skilled Educators to join our team (Cert III or Diploma)

2. Three full-time Trainee

3. Casual Educators

Your Role
- To work in the room to create a positive and stimulating environment to support our children
- Have a genuine interest in promoting children's learning and well-being
- Observe and evaluate children's development
- Communicate positively with children and staff on a daily basis
- To show a great love of children and have a knowledge of developmental areas

You will need:

- A Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Education and Care or working towards a qualification
- For trainee's a keen interest working with children
- Ability to work full time
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- First Aid & CPR
- Working with Children Check
- Great written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
