**About Horizon Solsolutions Australia Pty Ltd (Cocoon SDA Care)**

**Cocoon SDA Care** is a fast-growing, innovative, and dynamic organisation. We are seeking Permanent or Part Time** Disability Support Workers** who seek a role that is committed to training and growth. We are looking for experienced staff who will assist in supporting participants with high complex behaviour and high-level medical needs. You will work in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) or SDA to provide people with high complex support needs.

- We are seeking permanent or part time Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with high complex needs.
- You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirement to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence.

**Rotating Roster: 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am active overnight.**

**Also, 4 hours shift in between.**

**Mandatory Onboarding Docs**:

- Cert III in Disability Services or 12months experience
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You)
- Working with Children Check (underage participants only)
- Driver’s Licence
- Ability to drive Wheelchair accessible VAN.
- Car Insurance
- Reliable vehicle

**Additional skillset**:

- Dementia training
- Experience in acquired brain injury.
- Experience in addictions or (drug & alcohol knowledge)
- Manual Handling - Hoist transfer.
