As a family-owned business with multiple motels under different entities, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Motel Manager (Duty Manager) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the motel, including reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain property security and oversee regular maintenance.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Manage financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and purchasing.
Handle guest feedback and complaints efficiently for prompt resolution.
Implement marketing strategies to maintain and improve occupancy rates.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth motel operations.
Contribute to the overall strategic direction and success of the business.
What We Are Looking For:

- At least 2 years of experience in hotel or motel management.
- Strong customer service skills and a track record of enhancing guest experiences.
- A minimum Diploma-level qualification in Hospitality or a related field.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and operational systems.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Australian citizens and permanent residents willing to relocate to the region will be given priority consideration.
- Accommodation can be provided on-site if required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
