**About the Role**:
This casual position offers flexibility and variety. You’ll be jumping in to support our Morwell clinic during staff annual leave and sick leave.

**You’ll be doing things like**:
Greeting and checking in patients with energy and warmth

Handling phones and appointment bookings

Using HICAPS and EFTPOS for payments

Creating a calm, organised reception space

**What We’re Looking For**:
Monday & Tuesday afternoon availability and general flexibility to help during sick/annual leave

Friendly, confident personality who enjoys talking to people

Natural interest in wellness and healthcare

Strong time management and ability to prioritise

A calm, can-do attitude and a professional approach

Good communication skills that put patients at ease

Previous reception experience is great but not essential - we’ll provide all the training you need.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $36.34 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
