Southern Cross is seeking motivated, caring and committed people to provide support to a 16 year old girl who is ventilator dependent to enable independence by providing services in their own home.

Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised disability support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry.

**Duties Include**
- Ventilation and Tracheostomy Management
- Assistance with Personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Community participation

**Shift times**
- Sunday: 23:00 - 08:00
- Monday: 23:00 - 08:00

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Clearance
- Up to date COVID-19 Vaccination mandatory (including 3rd dose/booster)
