**Working within an established driver training framework we are looking for a passionate individual who can take the current process to the next level. The position will be accountable to deliver all aspects of driver training including both classroom and in cab/in field training and assessments across our operations Australia wide**
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training in all aspects of fuel tanker operations.
- Support new driver onboarding and training program to support driver increased engagement.
- Deliver Annual Training modules for identified Staff (Non-Driving) in DG, Fatigue, Mass and COR.
- As an Industry SME support the continued evolution of training practices and materials.
- The team consists of over 120 drivers across 30+ locations thought-out through-out Australia
- This position requires significant travel, typically looking at two weeks per month.
**Qualifications**:
**You will be in a driver training position currently or recently, have extensive fuel tanker or similar experience delivering best in class programs and process and thrive making the team grow and develop.**
- Excellent communication and engagement skills, dealing with Drivers and the leadership team.
- Over 3 years in this or a similar role
- Knowledge of all relevant legislation
- Cert 4 qualified Trainer / assessor.
