**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Assess clients’ financial needs and provide tailored finance solutions, including loans for commercial property, equipment, working capital, and business expansion.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their objectives.
- Collaborate with lenders to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on clients’ financial profiles to ensure compliance with lending criteria.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including revenue, deal closures, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using the company’s CRM system.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Finance Broker or in a related role within the finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, including commercial property finance, equipment finance, and business loans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to structure complex financial deals and negotiate terms effectively.
- High level of financial literacy and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the finance sector.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking (required).
- Membership in relevant industry associations, such as MFAA or FBAA (preferred).

Pay: $57,337.40 - $145,558.36 per year
