We have a rich history and have been providing residential aged care for more than 40 years.
**What we need**
We currently have** Casual** opportunities for skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated Home Care Support Workers based in Hobart (Kingston), Tasmania.
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will have an opportunity to:
- Provide care and support to our valued consumers with a consumer directed focus.
- Make a real difference to our consumers lives
- Enable our consumers to remain in their own homes.
**What you bring to the role**
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (must have completed Aged Care units) - **Essential**:
- Current First Aid + CPR**:

- Effective Communication
- A desire to create a positive experience for our consumers
- A current unrestricted drivers license**:
- Essential**:
