
Money Movement Specialist

**Position Purpose**:
As part of the International Money movement (IMM) community, IMM is an evolving and growing client funds operation responsible for PAYG, Superannuation and third party payments. MM Australia is a critical deadline driven function that moves close to US $5 billion annually and is currently growing throughout the Asia Pacific region (APAC). The team operates from ADP's Mulgrave office in Australia and Hyderabad India. This role is a hybrid role (home and office) based in Mulgrave.
The position is part of a team that is responsible the day to day duties associated with Payment Operations and Financial Service. This includes but is not limited to the thorough investigation and escalation of any exceptions, action dishonors, create and review audit packages, processing of return payments, create and process receipts, refund and payment batches, daily wrap balancing, processing changes, attending to client service enquiries amongst other duties.
**Key Responsibilities:

- Complete Financial Service or Payment Operation tasks ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Ensure appropriate and up-to-date information is reflected in the Weekly Aging Reports and reconciliations
- Ensure timely review and follow up of exceptions
- Create receipt payment and pending refund batches
- Action date, mass USI and bank account changes
- Approve Return Payment Refund Transactions
- Review Outgoing Refunds and escalate if greater than $5,000
- Review Daily Reports, Bank reports, Cheques, returns
- Participate in developmental work initiatives related to ADP's International Money Movement System (IMMS) for payments / receipts processing and PAYG tax
- Participate in the assessment and review of department documentation and the engineering of business processes throughout International Money Movement
- Assist with overall coordination of audit (SOC1 / SOX) and resiliency initiatives in support of the control and compliance requirements for the department
- Over threshold investigation and risk mitigation
- Support the Manager - Money Movement APAC as required
- Assist with other duties and special projects assigned by Management
- First level of customer enquiries and escalations
- Actively participate in team meetings and engagement activities

- Minimum 2 years business experience with a background in Financial Services or the Superannuation industry preferred
- PC literate (MS Office - Advanced on all components)
- Must be able to work well under pressure and work independently and as part of a team
