Exciting opportunity for a Web Analyst to join a SA Government department.

You'll join a reputed SA Government department on a 3-month contract role.

**Your new role**

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define measurement strategies, establish goals, and implement tracking codes for website analytics. You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web analytics, data analysis techniques, and web development practices.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You'll have strong experience in web technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with web development frameworks. Other skills and experience you'll need to be successful in this role are:

- Experience in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent in problem-solving and have analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Understanding of interoperability with semantic web data sets, including the following protocol specs: XML/RDF, JSON/LD, SKOS, SPARQL
