About The role
- Make coffee and tea to a high quality and appearance
- Be able to create latte art
- Continuously deliver informative professional service
- Take orders and entry into POS (Lightspeed)
- Provide a high-quality service to customers
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers, and staff members
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming

About You
- Passionate about customer service, experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
- 1-2 years solid Barista experience
- Available to work Mondays to Sunday
- Excellent knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
- Ability to dial in grinders, consistent with latte art and ability to work confidently on your own during a busy burst.
- A team player that can also work independently
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Must hold valid RSA
- Valid full time working rights in Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BALGOWLAH, NSW 2093: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
