- Executing technical customer engagements successfully, including producing design and deployment documentation.
- Estimating costs and timeframes, preparing scope statements and statements of work.
- Translating customer requirements into a technical design that is testable and reusable.
- Development ecosystem and lifecycle management, including tools, platforms, and third-party solutions.
- Working within highly motivated teams focused on delivering business value and customer outcomes.
- Proactively sharing skills and knowledge with colleagues and the broader technical community.

**For this you will need**
- Have a detailed understanding & experience of the Office365/SharePoint Online service offering
- Experience understanding of the development options available for SharePoint Online and experience with developing “Add-ins” for SharePoint
- A detailed understanding of common authentication protocols such as OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with automated builds and deployments (CI & CD)
- Experience in supporting & implements Windows 365
- Experience delivering solutions with using Agile ‘Scrum’ delivery framework.
- Excellent skills in communication (both written and verbal)
- Be extremely passionate about technology and have a high level of trust and integrity
- Experience in migrations from legacy cloud on-premise to O365
- The understanding of PowerApps would be a big bonus

**Key responsibilities will include**
- Leading discussions with enterprise customers.
- Estimating costs and timeframes, preparing scope statements and statements of work.
- Taking accountability for all aspects of technical delivery.
- Executing technical customer engagements successfully, including producing design and deployment documentation.
- Proactively sharing skills and knowledge with colleagues and the broader technical community.
- Remaining up to date with the latest innovations in the Microsoft 365 / Azure platform.

**Certifications**

Must have one of the following Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded
- AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
