**The Role**: We are seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to assist a male participant in Mount Warren, QLD 4207, who sustained a spinal cord injury. Risks associated with the client's injury is falls and pressure injury risks.

The roster is Tuesday (7am to 2pm) and Sunday (8am - 12pm).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Personal care and hygiene
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Bowel management (enema administration and digital stimulation)
- Catheter management
- Medication management
- Skin integrity management
- Manual handling - transfer, reposition + hoist
- Community access + health and rehab appointment

**Compensation**:

- Day Shift: $38.70 per hour
- Saturday shift: $54.25 per hour
- Sunday shift: $69.75 per hour
- Travel Allowance: $0.99 per km (for medical-related travel)

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Current Police Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Current Blue Card
- Current NDIS Worker Screening
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Completion of NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
- Third Party Compulsory Insurance
- Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
- Please note: Two current references are required._
