1x Permanent Full Time - 35 hours, 5 days per week
**Salary**:$85,411.10 - $93,588.83 + 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance and Super

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The successful applicant will be responsible for the asset management and associated operational support so as to facilitate the achievement of “best practice” asset management of Council’s infrastructure. Liverpool Council supports the health and well-being of individual staff. Council offers all staff a professional working environment, on-going training and development.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Qualifications or training in civil engineering, asset management, surveying, GIS or other relevant discipline.
- Class C Driver’s License.
- White Card/General Construction Induction Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Asset identification, classification, condition assessment & rating with sound judgement (roads, parks & recreation, property & buildings, drainage assets).
- Database update, maintenance and management.
- Asset data collection using mobile field units, GPS logging/recording, data entry and processing. This includes spending significant time on-site whilst undertaking field data collection work.
- Interpretation, analysis and presentation of asset data, information and reports.
- Other duties as reasonably directed by the Manager Infrastructure Planning and Coordinator Asset Planning and Management.
