It is a requirement for our community roles, all staff possess a reliable vehicle, valid Australian driver licence and be willing to travel throughout the region visiting clients in their own homes.

**About the role**

Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices.

These include:

- Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
- Engaging in social activities as required
- Domestic Assistance (e.g. house cleaning, hanging out washing, meal preparation)

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification
- **Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance**:

- **Australian Driver licence**:

- **First Aid & CPR**:

- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Up to date Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Experience in care role highly regarded
