**The Role**:
Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, you will join a results-driven and highly committed leadership team. As the **MINI Sales Manager** in our **newly refurbished, state-of-the-art showroom**, you will be responsible for leading the MINI Sales department and guiding a team of sales consultants to excel in key sales areas, driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
**What we need from you**:
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Demonstrable experience leading and operationalising a sales department
- Strong customer service skills
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Team first mentality
- A strong work ethic
- A current driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
- Committed and motivated
