WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

**About the Role**

The Team Lead - Final Test Acceptance is responsible for overseeing the commissioning and final acceptance employees and ensuring all production schedules are met in full to the appropriate deadlines. This will include ensuring all Liner Bonder equipment, work orders, and quality documentation is reviewed on a daily basis.

The general and generic duties of the Team Lead - Final Acceptance Testing include, but not limited to:

- Leading, managing and driving a continuous improvement culture across the commissioning team;
- Q-Note initiation and follow up to ensure smooth progression through full life cycle
- System assembly SME’s;
- Daily start up and ANDON board;
- Ensure tooling and consumables are correct for operations;
- Ensure risk assessments are complete and up to date;
- Conduct ‘Take Fives’;
- Leading, managing and driving a continuous improvement culture across the Bonder Team;
- Consistently promotes high standards through personal example, motivating team to enable each member meets required health & safety, quality and production requirements;
- Supervises and trains Production team members to ensure that commissioning and final acceptance activities are conducted in accordance with approved procedures and completed within the designated time;
- Develops problem solving skills within the team to improve morale and productivity;
- Applies strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Releases and prioritizes work orders; and

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- Experience working within manufacturing industries;
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisor or foreman position in a related production industry;
- Good understanding of composite processing technologies and equipment;
- Be open to learning new processes and machinery;
- The ability to travel interstate and potentially overseas for supplier visits and training;
- A relevant trade qualification (including Machine Operation, Tool Making, Hydraulic, Electrical (Desirable); and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
