Our client a nationally recognised household name that has been in the industry for 60 years. With over 50+ stores across Australia and New Zealand, our client is believed to be an expert in luxury furniture design.

The business is growing rapidly and have a new and exciting opportunity available for a **Customer Service **specialist to join their busy team in Wetherill Park.

**About the job**:

- Be the first point of contact to resolve issues as required
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided over the phone & online
- Attend to customer issues & ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Complete escalated customer enquiries in line with SLA’s
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing knowledgeable, courteous and helpful service.
- Liaise with other departments (eg Purchasing, Dispatch and Quality Control) to establish and maintain effective and relevant service support activities. Work with marketing & digital teams to create landing pages that aligns with promotion campaigns and content strategies
- Liaise and work with service technicians / contractors to ensure reports / outcomes are in line with expectations

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a customer service office based role
- Demonstrated experience in working with customers to achieve outcomes
- Experience in other escalation roles highly regarded
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
- Self-motivated to think outside the box

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Wetherill Park NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
