Reporting to the Promotions Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving efficiency within the Product team for the duration of the digital ticketing project and overseeing it's success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about process improvement in retail spaces and wants to upskill from a store-based role. Willingness to learn fundamental skills in project management such as documentation, reporting and process mapping is a bonus

Working with key stakeholders in Retail, Product, Operations and Finance, your day to day will involve:

- Assisting in the creation and sign off for all promotional ticketing (paper and digital)
- Assisting in the implementation of electronic tickets in stores including the design of tickets and the processes used in store and our Support Office
- Understanding the current and future state of ticketing and using this to provide support to stores for the duration of the project
- Assisting in the coordination of in-store promotions and communicating these to stores weekly

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in data-entry (previous experience as a clerk or administrative assistant would be highly regarded)
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel (ideally Intermediate)
