**About this role**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with architects and consultants to develop Revit models and drawings.
- Producing accurate and detailed Revit models and drawings for a range of projects.
- Working collaboratively with the design team to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Liaising with consultants and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues as they arise.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all work produced.

**Skills & Experience**
- Min. 5 years professional experience within a documentation / technical role.
- High Revit proficiency
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate technical work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Client and consultant liaison experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
