Real Estate Salesperson

**Typical daily duties**
- Follow up on prospective purchasers.
- Set and attend sales appointments
- Prepare and conduct Open for Inspections
- Prepare and attend Property Auctions
- Negotiate sales
- Making phone calls to our database
- Prepare reports for vendors, prospective vendors and prospective purchasers

**Work skills**
- **Must** be available weekends
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Company car available
- Suitably qualified (agent's representative course or CERT IV)
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy and comfortable with social media and CRMs
- Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Goal focused and hard working with high levels of self-motivation.
- A passion for property is a must
- Work in a hardworking, close-knit and FUN team in our Drysdale office.

The job is to sell property alongside the listing agent.

Pay: $42,760.00 - $148,715.77 per year
