Retail Assistant required for Party Supplies Shop

**Position: Full Time

Location: Brighton, Vic 3186

About Us: At Party Affair, we specialize in providing a wide range of party supplies, decorations, and accessories for all kinds of celebrations. From birthdays and weddings to themed parties and corporate events, we have everything our customers need to create memorable occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with their party supply needs.
- Making balloon arrangements for customers to fulfil orders
- Provide product recommendations and advice on event planning.
- Maintain a tidy and organized store layout.
- Restock shelves and ensure inventory is up-to-date.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with in-store displays and promotional activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in Balloon arrangements and decorations is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a team player.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brighton, VIC 3186: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
