As a Retail Sales Assistant/Sleep Coach, you focus on helping people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health. Reporting into the Store Manager you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do.

Our team is small, and our industry is forever evolving, so we’re not a fan of “not my role” type of behaviour - we’re a team, we help each other, and our customers are at the heart of what we do.

**Let’s talk about qualifications and experience**:

- Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail role
- Ability to maintain **compassion and remain calm **under pressure
- A strong **customer service and sales focus **that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual.
- Administrative skills to document and process customer enquiries (product usage, purchases, etc)
- **Strong and adaptable communication skills **are a must
- An active listener with the ability to **find solutions **to customer concerns and issues
