Titan Packaging is seeking a Receptionist and Front Office Coordinator who is customer-focused, articulate, and dependable. In this role, you will manage front desk operations and provide essential support to our sales and administrative teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

**About the Role**:
As the Receptionist and Front Office Coordinator, you will be the face and voice of our organization, creating positive first impressions for our clients. This position blends customer service excellence with administrative support, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the front desk while assisting with events and functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Manage incoming calls and greet clients with professionalism and warmth.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide high-level assistance to the team, including document management and data entry.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist with organizing catering and coordinating company events.
- **General Duties**: Handle scheduling, appointments, and various administrative tasks as needed.
- Proven reception experience, ideally in a high-end service environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with IT systems
- Ability to maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism
