**The position**

Redox is looking for an experienced Receptionist to support the growing Victorian team on a full-time permanent basis, Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

Using your engaging and friendly nature, you will be the face of Redox in Melbourne. Your knack for effective communication will see you succeed in greeting guests, receiving deliveries, and looking after the telephone switchboard.
- Meet and greet visitors, ensuring visitors are signed into the site
- Answering all incoming telephone calls in a timely manner
- Booking couriers
- Opening and distributing mail
- Organising and checking lunch invoicing
- Processing customer orders via Redox’s in-house system
- Confidently liaise internally and externally with our transport, warehouse and sales team to ensure our customer deliveries are completed in a timely manner
- Process invoice and proof of delivery
- Confirm details regarding trade references and process credit notes and cash receipts
- Debtors management Data entry of accounts receivable transactions
- Exceptional time management and communication skills; verbal and written.
- A professional and courteous phone manner
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office suite. Previous experience in a similar role
