APG are currently recruiting for Forklift Drivers for our client based in Laverton North, VIC to ensure that the production of raw materials fit for consumption by Pets.

**Working hours: morning shift starting as early as 5am or 7am - finishing between 1:30pm - 3:30pm**

**3 Day week roster**

**Can pick up on call shifts for potential 5 days a week of work**

**Pay rate: Day shift $34**

**Objectives of the Role**
- To produce high grade raw materials for Pet food
- To achieve optimal productivity within the company guidelines
- To meet customer requirements
- To comply with production requirements as directed by leading hand.
- To follow guidelines in EMS, OHS and QA
- Have a valid Forklift Licence

**Duties**
- Housekeeping and general cleaning
- Driving Forklifts
- Unloading/Loading trucks
- Visual Inspection on all perches
- Bin Washing
- Diced and shredded inspection
- Unloading Plate freezers
- Palletizing
- **Being able to work in Strong Smelling Environments**

**Skills**
- Knowledge of Pet food processing industry is a plus
- Detailed knowledge of products and processes in their direct areas, and general knowledge of products and processes on-site.
- A sound knowledge of all guidelines, especially in their areas
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of OH&S and Environmental systems in the workplace
