Team Leader

**About the job**

As the Team Leader of our Offload team, you will support the Afternoon Shift Manager to ensure production targets are met. This permanent role works a 5 day on, 3 day off roster and is based at our picturesque **Dover Processing** site, about 40 minutes south of Huonville. Your responsibilities will include supervising and providing direction to a small team, safely operating a forklift to move salmon product, and ensuring safety is maintained.

**About you**

We're looking for a motivated and passionate individual who has previous experience leading a team. The following attributes will lead to your success:

- Forklift licence (essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management
- Knowledge in quality assurance and food safety (HACCP) compliance
- Desire and ability to work in a hyper fast paced environment

To be successful, you **must** be able to provide proof that you have the right to work in Australia and successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment and drug test.
