About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Farm Attendant – Feed Infrastructure Technician. Your primary responsibility will be the upkeep of the feed barge and feeding infrastructure on the lease. This hands-on role is perfect for those who love working outdoors and on the water.
Key Responsibilities
- Rope tying and welding of feeding pipes
- Cleaning and maintenance of feed cameras and sensors
- Regular maintenance of feeding systems on the barge
- Quality assurance of floating infrastructure and stock protection rigging
- Assisting in other farming operations as needed
- Fish care and environmental protection practices
- Inputting nets and general laboring duties on the water
About You:
To excel in this role, you should be:
- Physically fit, self-motivated, and a reliable team player
- Passionate about working on the water (essential)
- Holding a Coxswain ticket and Diesel Endorsement (desirable)
Requirements
- Proof of the right to work in Australia
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical assessment and drug test
