**The Role**

**We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and inspiring Store Manager to lead our Hoskings Eastland team and elevate our store to the next level.**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional with a passion for jewellery and customer service to join a trusted business and make a meaningful impact.

Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Achieving store sales targets.
- Coach & develop your team, driving achievement of KPI's.
- Ensure a high level of merchandising at all times which is in line with visual merchandising provided by relevant parties.
- Ensure inventory is managed effectively.
- Maintain security over company assets, in particular inventory.
- Staff Training (product knowledge, sales, POS, policies, and procedures).
- Managing customer complaints and problem resolution.

**Required Skill Set**
- Strong sales background with a passion for selling.
- Solid store management experience within jewellery, homewares, fashion, or accessories - minimum 2 years Store Management experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills demonstrated through previous roles (i.e., someone who leads by example)
- Demonstrated time management skills.
