Join us as an IT/Infrastructure Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a pivotal role in optimizing our IT ecosystem on a global scale

**Key Responsibilities**:
Hardware & Software Asset Management
- Inventory Management: Maintain meticulous records of local IT assets, spanning PCs, Chromeboxes, Printers, and Decon stations, ensuring a comprehensive and precise inventory.
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Skillfully coordinate the replacement of aging assets at End of Life (EoL).
- Asset Portfolio Oversight: Oversee IT volume reviews for hardware and software assets, including non-standard software and user accounts.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate seamlessly with the Finance team to maintain the Fixed Asset register.
- Financial Stewardship: Support the Cluster Account Manager in budget reporting activities.
- Software Governance: Scrutinize and approve non-standard software requests in SNOW.
- Change Management: Prudently approve asset replacement requests in the SNOW system for out-of-cycle replacements.
- Security Compliance: Collaborate closely with the Security team to ensure rigorous software security assessment and whitelisting.

Master Data Management
- Data Governance: Maintain and curate essential master data, including site lists and contact details.
- Data Quality Assurance: Vigilantly control the accuracy and integrity of data input by onsite and remote support engineers.

Infrastructure Project
- Project Coordination: Expertly act as a liaison for infrastructure projects, engaging with local vendors, building managers, and overseeing the delivery process.
- Infrastructure Excellence: Provide adept support for ad hoc infrastructure tasks within GIO projects.

Ad Hoc
- Telecom Liaison: Serve as the primary contact point for telecom suppliers.
- LAN Troubleshooter: Collaborate proficiently with local vendors and GIO for LAN troubleshooting.
- APN Expertise: Resolve APN issues effectively by coordinating with local ISPs and GIO.
- Incident Coordination: Expertly orchestrate incidents related to industrial devices, ensuring swift resolution.
- IT Troubleshooter: Provide astute support for ad hoc IT issues and requests not covered by GIO services.
- Infrastructure Consultation: Offer expert consulting and pre-sales support on infrastructure-related topics.
- Requirement Analysis: Thoroughly screen and analyze business requirements for new or updated infrastructure.
- Quote Evaluation: Meticulously review and challenge GIO quotes for infrastructure demands.
- Network Architecture: Design and implement local networks, specify subnets, and provide comprehensive support to GIO for CPE configurations.
- Network Management: Provide agile support for network-related construction, site relocations, and new site deployments.
- Continuous Monitoring: Monitor the network diligently on a daily basis and effectively translate demands into actionable tasks for GIO.
- NAS Management: Provide expert support for local NAS onsite and coordinate seamless migration efforts.
- Last-Mile Execution: Execute last-mile infrastructure tasks flawlessly to support GIO projects and demands.

Reporting
- Meeting Facilitation: Prepare for Monthly Operations meetings and Quarterly strategy meetings with Business stakeholders.
- Status Reporting: Ensure that ongoing topics are comprehensively addressed and gather precise status updates from IT stakeholders.
