We are looking for someone who is experienced in administration to work as a casual receptionist at our motel. The job offered is 12 hours per week split into 4 afternoon shifts. There is an opportunity for more hours when other staff are away.

Main duties will include: checking in and checking out guests, handling telephone and online bookings, taking payments, balancing money and general office duties.

The successful person must have excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to multi-task and handle busy situations. Prior experience is not a must but applicant must be skilled on computers.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $43.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
