Nido Early School **Wandi**is seeking an administrator who is expert in making the ordinary exceptional. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring the service provides exceptional customer services and a warm Nido welcome to all families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills, in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team.

**ABOUT THE SERVICE**:

- Beautiful new service opened only last year
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 6 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas as well as a piazza for the children to eat
- Walking distance to the local bus stop for easy commute to and from work
- Opening hours 6:30am-6:30pm
- A great team who have worked at Nido for many years and transferred into this new service from their previous roles
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous front desk administration experience required
- Be confident in communicating with families both face to face and over the phone
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Experience in childcare highly regarded
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable
