**The Role**:
Supporting the Operations Administration department, the Logistics Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods into and out the internal system and ensuring orders are processed (stored, and/or despatched) according to customer specifications. This entails creating and managing the appropriate documentation concerning the orders, liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding the progress of the orders, and ensuring all information is accurately recorded in our internal systems.

**To be considered for these roles, you must have**:

- Experience as a logistic administrator
- Experience in JAIX software
- Possess excellent attention to detail
- Be able to demonstrate excellent literacy/numeracy skills
- Accurate and fast typing / data entry skills
- Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Access to a reliable means of transport

- Glendenning Location
- Monday to Friday
- 2pm-10pm
- $80k per year Salary
