**Qualifications & experience**
- A paid blue card
- Current valid driver's license
- Either completed or enrolled in a certificate IV or higher in a relevant field.
- Ability to complete and pass a criminal history check
- Desire to make a change in children's lives

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Supporting young people with day-to-day tasks, skill development and striving for goals to achieve optimal wellbeing.
- Implementing and providing feedback in the development of care plans to support the well-being of young people.
- Following a weekly house planner and activity planning.
- Completing notes, administration tasks and incident reports
