Warehouse & Assembly & Delivery & Driving - Mr Treadmill Geebung

Mr Treadmill in Geebung is looking for a vibrant warehouse staff member.

We sell, install, rent, and repair best quality cardio machinery like treadmills, bicycles, elliptical and rowing machines, as well as strength and weight training equipment.

The job entails the assembly and setup of these machines, so an aptitude for simple mechanical work would be necessary, and the ability to understand the simple programming setup of the electronics. Necessary.

The ability to figure out minor problems with machines, and do necessary repairs will be helpful.

There is also the loading and delivering fitness equipment to customer's address.

A clean driving licence is essential. Essential.

There is ongoing lifting and carrying, so applicants must be reasonably strong and fit.

Other general duties such as warehouse and machine cleaning is part of the job.

The ability to work autonomously is important. The ability to read and follows written instructions is essential. Essential.

Since this will entail delivery into customers’ homes, a friendly personality and good presentation is essential.

A police clearance check will be required. Required.

The business operates 7 days a week, there are Saturday shifts required. Required.

This will start as a 2 or 4 day per week casual role, and develop from there.

Saturday is essential. Essential. Essential.

Living Northside, or local to Geebung would be an advantage. Train station is 900m away.

A background or passion in some form of health, fitness, sports, gym, strength, weights, body building, aerobics, personal training, rehabilitation, or therapy would help you fit in well.

There is no requirement for computer skills, and there is no forklift licence required.

This would be a Retail Award role, and would start as Casual, possibly leading to Full Time Permanent.

Juniors are encouraged to apply. If you are unreliable, or lack dedication, this is not the role for you.

Start date asap.

Pay: $30.91 - $37.10 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
