The Role

We are urgently seeking a Female Support Worker who is compassionate, reliable, and has a genuine commitment to helping others. This role involves assisting clients with their daily activities, transportation needs, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Transportation: Safely drive clients to appointments, community activities, and other destinations using your own vehicle (or company-provided vehicle if applicable).
- Cleaning Duties: Perform exceptional cleaning and housekeeping tasks, ensuring the clients' living spaces meet high standards of hygiene and comfort.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and foster positive relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Driver's License: A valid and unrestricted driver's license is mandatory.
- Vehicle: Access to a reliable and insured vehicle is preferred.
- Cleaning Skills: Proven ability to perform detailed and thorough cleaning tasks.
- Experience: Prior experience in a support worker or similar role is highly desirable.

Certifications
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (preferred).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Other mandatory qualifications for the role
