Landpower is motivated to welcome an organised, energetic, and capable Reception & Administration Assistant with a positive attitude, who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the Landpower Melbourne office.
You’ll be supported by an experienced team - allowing you to achieve your best in this busy and varied role. Alongside general reception duties, you’ll be in charge of
- Booking and coordinating travel arrangements for the Australian teams
- Organising and managing catering requirements for events
- Managing, preparing and maintaining presentation of meeting spaces
- Helping with planning and co-ordination of team and customer events
- Liaison with suppliers and contractors for office supplies
- Administrative support to our Safety & Wellbeing and Learning & Development teams
- Liaising and supporting the Australian retail dealership network
- Assisting in a range of other projects with the team as and where needed
You’ll be part of a big team with around 400 people across multiple sites in Australia and New Zealand. but we don’t do the whole corporate vibe - we’re a family business at heart, we care for and invest in our people, we have incredible connection and commitment to the farming community, and we make our decisions and choose our directions based on what is the best for all of us
You’ll be part of Landpower & our CLAAS Harvest Centre network - We represent some of the farming industry’s most advanced and respected brands and equipment ranges, and as such we’re part of a huge and highly regarded international network.
**_So - who are you _**
- You’ve got prior experience in a diverse and autonomous administration role and ideally reception or front-line experience - even better if you have experience in coordinating travel arrangements.
- You’re well-organised, have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- You have a positive can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on new opportunities.
- You’re capable of working under pressure, working with changing priorities, and can resolve problems as they come your way.
- You’ve got outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and are proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, computers and technology.
