Joining the corporate head office, this role will see you responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure internal and external compliance, maintaining membership agreements and licencing.
- Providing operational support to internal staff and stakeholders.
- Develop and put into practice, policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations. Ensuring high productivity and easy to use systems.
- Create and maintain member license agreements and ensure our database is up to date and accurate.

**About You**:

- Proven leadership/team management experience.
- High level administration, with strong customer service focus.
- Hold the ability to work with and communicate effectively to people at varying levels.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
