**The Company**

Fenner Dunlop Australia Pty Ltd, a division of the Michelin Group has a long history and reputation of being a trusted provider of engineered conveyor solutions to the mining and bulk handling sector. With manufacturing plants, engineering fabrication workshops and a national network of service branches Fenner Dunlop has the capability of quickly and safely offering its customers a complete customized solution. We have recently changed to a 24 hour operation Monday to Friday and have created a new role as a Night Shift Team Leader. Working from 10 pm until 6.20 am Monday to Friday, you will be required to manage the night shift crew to achieve production targets whilst still maintaining our high safety and quality standards.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role will be responsible for
- Ensuring the required raw material is available for machine operators to be able to complete their work as per planning timetable.
- Ensuring all machinery and equipment is in good working order to meet production requirements in a safe manner.
- Ensuring sufficient machine operators are available to meet production requirements by ensuring they are multi-skilled in the operation of machinery in the plant and able to take on other duties during absenteeism of other operators.
- Ensure full compliance by all on shift with all relevant procedures to safely, efficiently, and effectively achieve IFOTIS production
- Trouble shooting and efficiently operating all work stations with minimum down time.
- Assisting in the establishment of processes across the manufacturing plant to improve safety, workflow and quality of manufactured product.
- Participating in a hands-on manner in production when required.
- Providing leadership and direction to a team of Machine Operators in line with the Spirit of Fenner Dunlop.
- Developing, implementing and ensuring staff adherence to processes that are aligned with Fenner Dunlop policies and procedures.
- Ensuring timely reporting and completion of all safety incident reports as per Fenner Dunlop requirements.

**About you**
- A solid track record in a manufacturing organisation within heavy machinery or large industrial environment.
- Experience in people management and staff development.
- A current forklift licence (LF)
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical check.
- Experience working night shift.
- Full Australian working rights.
