SUPERVISOR POSITION

- Approved manager card and RSA (This is a must).
- WEEKDAY, WEEKEND, AND NIGHT AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED

Supervisory Role: All the above +
- Proven experience with the hands-on supervisory role of daily operations of a business
- Strong knowledge of general retail, hospitality, and catering operations
- Must be a “people person” and be able to professionally deal with different personalities, both internal and external with a goal for encouraging personal development within the team
- Able to proactively motivate and encourage your team to drive sales and provide the highest level of customer service to ensure EVERY guest has a FUN and MEMORABLE time at iPlay
- A positive approach with strong time management and prioritizing skills

The role will be casual with the possibility of progressing to part-time.

**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hillarys, WA 6025: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Approved Manager (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
