We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Section Waiter** to join our team. As a Section Waiter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to a designated section of our restaurant, ensuring guests have an outstanding dining experience. You’ll work closely with the rest of the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service, manage orders efficiently, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and assist with menu selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, providing recommendations when needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining a high level of quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section throughout the shift.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, resolving any issues to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle payments and ensure accurate transactions.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and company policies.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
