This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career as an editor. With hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of creative projects, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge to set you on a path toward becoming a highly skilled and accomplished editor.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Edit a variety of video and audio content for campaigns, social media, and internal projects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure edits align with the project vision and goals.
- Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring all content is accurate, on-brand, and of the highest quality.
- Organise and manage media files to keep projects streamlined and efficient.
- Review feedback from senior team members and implement changes promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated on editing trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve your craft.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Basic experience with editing software - Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & Photoshop and implement current TBWA editing workflow.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to contribute to the team.
- Any experience in motion graphics, colour grading, or sound design is a bonus but not required.
