**The Role**
Collaborate with the HR and Workforce Planning team using information, research, and data to implement your specialised knowledge in the areas of organisational design. A knowledge or experience in HR will provide you with the basis for this senior role, where you will conduct workforce surveys to drive innovative ways of working and create continuous improvement.

**Your Skills and Experience**
Utilise your skills in management and planning practices with a high-level knowledge of Microsoft and Excel systems.

You are a confident and articulate professional that can work independently or additionally work closely with senior leadership and data analysts.

Develop a methodology that creates organised procedures using your experience in HR metrics and data analysis.
- This role is with a federal government agency and you will need to hold or have the ability to obtain a Baseline Clearance, additionally you need to hold Australian citizenship._
