In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing the team’s commercial operations. That means overseeing financial reporting and forecasting, managing vendor relationships, supporting workforce capacity planning, and helping us run our operations smoothly and efficiently. **What do I need?** We’re after someone who’s practical, analytical, and great at making sense of numbers and operations. You don’t need a specific number of years’ experience or formal qualifications - just the right skills and mindset.
