Working under the direction of the Enrolled & Registered Nurses, as a
**Personal Carer** you will be providing person centred, high quality care to our residents. You will demonstrate compassion, sensitivity and maturity to provide personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, toileting and other support services depending on the individual residents needs.

SCCQ's Duhig Village conveniently located at Holland Park is looking for Personal Carers to join the team on both
**casual** and
**permanent part time basis with rosters close to full time.**

There will be a variety of shifts across a 14 day roster and your willingness and flexibility to taking on a mixture of shifts would be beneficial.

What will you need:

- Cert III qualifications in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Ability to use computer systems to maintain care records
- Medication Assist Competency (preferable)
- Compassion for and understanding of the elderly
- Must be flexible with days and all shift times - Day, Afternoon, Night. (Can work Mon to Fri, Weekends & Public holidays)
- Friendly approachable manner
- Must have experience working in an Aged Care Facility (minimum 1 year experience required)
- Right to work in Australia
- Possess all vaccinations in accordance with Government regulations

**Hourly rate** is dependent on qualifications and substantiated experience in a similar role.

Permanent part time employees have access to Not for Profit salary packaging and leave entitlements

Casual employees are paid an additional 25% casual loading on their base hourly rate.
