**What you'll bring**:

- **A strong work ethic** and a genuine passion for providing compassionate personal care, including bathing, toileting, and showering, to individuals with special needs.
- **Capability of planning**clients’ engagement in the community and assisting them to participate in them.
- **Energetic and motivating** - you'll inspire clients to engage in activities like swimming and brisk walking, and you're happy to join in when needed
- A desire to build **meaningful, ongoing relationships** with regular clients.
- Experience supporting individuals facing **mental health challenges**.
- A preference for a **fixed roster and consistent work schedule** that helps you easily manage your life commitments.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Consistent **morning and afternoon availability** (night shifts are a bonus).
- A **valid Driver's Licence and a reliable car**.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $55,460.00 - $93,134.60 per year

**Benefits**:

- Travel reimbursement

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
