**Rainforest 4 Foundation**
Rainforest 4 Foundation is protecting and restoring rainforests for wildlife, climate, people, and the planet. The Foundation provide opportunities for donors, businesses and governments to contribute to our successful land purchase and protection, and rainforest restoration programs.
Based in Mullumbimby in Northern NSW we have seven staff and currently support programs in Australia and Indonesia. Rainforest 4 Foundation has significant growth plans at the forefront of their strategy. This role has work-from-home flexibility options.
**The Role - Fundraising Program Manager**

Reporting to the CEO, the Fundraising Program Manager will lead a dedicated team of fundraising specialists and be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with individual donors, philanthropic trusts, government and businesses to increase donor giving for Rainforest 4 Foundation’s conservation work. The role will be responsible for reviewing the organisation’s fundraising efforts and developing, implementing and overseeing a multi-faceted annual fundraising portfolio. You will have responsibility for leading the fundraising team in developing new initiatives while continuing to develop and grow current fundraising programs.
**As Fundraising Program Manager, you will be responsible for**:
- Develop and lead a high-performing fundraising team in creating new initiatives while continuing to develop and grow current fundraising programs
- Proactively manage donor relationships and provide high-level donor care
- Manage business sponsorship and grant management programs and opportunities
- Research, identify, cultivate, and grow a diverse income stream
- Implement effective human resource management strategies and contribute to policy development
- Ensure strong measurable, financial performance and high-quality governance in all aspects of fundraising
