We seek an inspiring **Assistant Manager** to join our **Geelong** store. This role is **Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week**, with one **late-night shift on Friday until 9 PM**. We are looking for someone with excellent **operational skills** who can balance store **operations with customer engagement**, ensuring the Store Manager is supported in maintaining a well-functioning store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the **Store Manager** in leading and inspiring the team.
- Balance **operational duties** such as stock management, visual merchandising, and store processes with **customer service** excellence.
- Represent our **iconic Australian fashion brand** as a brand ambassador, inspiring our customers.
- Create a **vibrant store atmosphere**, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with **VIP customers**.
- Assist the **Store Manager** in meeting and exceeding sales targets by leveraging leadership skills and business acumen.
