**About the role**
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator who is passionate about people and committed to building a culture of inclusiveness where everyone is supported to reach their full potential. Join our in-house People & Capability team of four in our Global Head Office in Northgate, Brisbane.
Reporting to the General Manager People | Australia and New Zealand, your main responsibility will include:
- _Support our managers and leaders in their talent management responsibilities during the entire employee life cycle from attraction & selection to offboarding._
- _Providing accurate and timely advice to employees and managers regarding our policies and procedures and entitlements under relevant industrial instruments._
- _Supporting managers with counselling and disciplinary meetings and assist with performance management processes._
- _Participating in People projects and continuous improvement initiatives e.g. Talent and Diversity strategies, engagement surveys and data analysis, document reviews and updates etc._
- _Perform general HR administration duties and provide administration support as required._
**Your Skills and Experience**
- _A minimum of two years practical experience in a Generalist HR role._
- _Advanced computer skills, esp. MS Office._
- _Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders._
- _Conflict resolution and mediation skills._
- _Solid problem solving, organisational and time management skills._
- _High attention to detail and level of accuracy._
**Your Qualifications and Knowledge**
- _Bachelor or diploma level qualifications in HR (highly regarded)_
- _Up-to-date knowledge of Australian legislative HR framework (Awards, NES, Fair Work Act, WHS legislation etc.)_
