**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a top-tier cleaning team.
- Provide effective leadership, mentoring, and training.
- Ensure superior guest experiences through inspirational leadership.
- Perform administrative functions, including incident reporting and staff rosters.
- Exceed contract cleaning requirements and maintain excellent client relations.
- Uphold safety, environmental, and security standards.
- Respond to cleaning incidents and queries promptly.

**To thrive in this role, you'll need**:

- 2-3 years' experience in retail/commercial cleaning as a manager
- Previous team management experience.
- Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery.
- Knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to provide clear direction and instructions.
- Flexibility, multitasking ability, and consistent attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends.
